La pars planitis (PP) es una inflamación del ojo (uveítis intermedia) caracterizada por presentar queratopatía en banda, inflamación en la cámara anterior y vítreo, condensaciones vítreas (“copos de nieve”), exudados en la pars plana (“bancos de nieve”), así como vasculitis de retina e inflamación del nervio óptico.
